Established in 1998, Windus Enterprises is one of the largest specialized automotive part manufacturers in China. Our main products include wheel hubs, six-spoke wheel hubs, brake drums, bearing seats, leaf spring seats, steering system parts and supporting axle parts. These products are exported to North America, Europe and Asia.

Our ISO 9001:2000- and ISO/TS 16949:2002-certified factory covers an area of 110,000 square meters. Currently, we employ around 1,300 workers, including 115 senior engineers and R&D technicians. In 2012, our output reached 60,000T.

Our leading technology and excellent processing control in iron and steel casting advanced machining equipment and strict inspection methods guarantee the quality of our products. For casting, we have eight electric induction furnaces, one resin sand molding line, two Z148EC casting lines, and an automatic production line for basic phenolic resin sand.
Owning a Machining Shop Furnished with Various Equipment
Our machining shop has over 120 CNC machines, including 50 horizontal NC lathes and some high-end machining centers, such as DMG CNC machining centers from Germany. Moreover, our inspection center has all types of necessary equipment, such as spectrometers, metallurgical analyzers, hardness testers, CMM and X-ray internal detectors.
